For Aaron's birthday we packed up the crew and headed down to New Orleans for a weekend in the French Quarter. We stayed in one of the hotels down there, went to the Audubon Insectarium, played in Jackson Square, went shopping, and (of course) ate our hearts out. Mother's was one of our favorites. We went swimming at the hotel (the kids' favorite thing we did) and watched LSU play West Virginia that night in our room with the kiddos fast asleep. It was a fun weekend, despite our sinus infections and massive headaches that would pop up randomly throughout the weekend...
