A few weeks ago, Aaron took a few days off work and we headed off to Florida to make some dreams come true for our little Calyn. Anybody that knows anything about this sweet little girl KNOWS she is obsessed with the Disney Princesses and all things Disney.
The electrical lines off the interstate heading in to the Disney compound are in the shape of Mickey Mouse. Calyn was so excited over this, that I was afraid she'd go in to complete cardiac arrest when we actually got to the park. In the picture above, we were on the tram that took us from our car to the ticket booth. There was really nothing but parking lots around us, and she was so happy (the camera was fogging from being in an air-conditioned car and then transitioning to being outside. But, I think it gives a dream-like quality to the picture. And Calyn probably felt like she was in a dream.)
Logan was an angel the whole day. He napped in the stroller and just rolled with it. I was actually surprised at how many rides we were able to take him on with us.

That looks so fun! Someday when our girls are old enough to enjoy something like that, we are definately going to do it!
What a special trip! I love the look on her face when you were on the train, it says it all. Good choice to go with her at this time of her life! She will always remember it (hopefully). Brent has vague memories of our trip, he was four. Logan did great and he is so cute@ Thanks for all the pictures, they are great!
i am super jealous! i want to go to disneyland again so bad! i think this is a good age, Tate was too little when we last went and he was mostly pissed because he couldn't stay on rides for hours at a time. Looks like it was awesome!
We suggested our kids ask Santa for a trip to Disneyworld this year in lieu of presents. They totally bought it, so we're planning a trip in February! Our first Disney experience ever.
sounds like Disney is in lately. Janna and I are taking our girls next week. Should have coordinated this better. Lauren is excited to meet Belle, Rylee is excited to meet Aurora, and I'm excited to meet Darth Vader. . . oh wait.
