*Sigh*
Well, it's over. We haven't been home yet to check on our place, but we're hopeful. The levees held. We had light rain here in L-town, and except for a 12 hour power outage, everything was pretty normal here. We're still confused as to why the power went out. The weather wasn't even bad. My family is fine, too. They didn't lose power at their house, so they kept us updated on the storms progress. We killled time with a mad game of Phase 10 by candelite! We're planning on going home sometime soon, so I'll share what we find on a later post.

it's great that you guys didn't lose power. my parents did and they say it will be a while before it's back on...and that's all the way in vidalia.
i hope everything is great at home.
I'm just glad that you all got somewhere safe.
